Privacy policy

This policy explains how Memorial "Memo" Dinh, REALTOR®, CA DRE #02066757, responsible broker Epique Realty (Prestige Luxury Group) ("Memo", "we") collects, uses and shares information through theprestige.luxe. It is provided under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) and, where it applies, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

What we collect

Information you give us: name, email, phone, property address, home-search criteria, tour requests, financing and timing answers, and messages you send through forms or the chat assistant.
Automatically: basic device and usage data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location from IP) collected by our hosting provider, embedded tools and cookies.
On your device only: if you create a free account, your name and contact are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to retype them. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule tours and calls, send the reports, valuations, listing updates and property alerts you ask for.
To provide real estate services, and to keep records required of California real estate licensees.
To improve the site and keep it secure.

We do not use your information to make decisions about you based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, national origin, ancestry, familial status, source of income, disability, military or veteran status, or any other protected class.

Who we share it with

Information you submit goes to the service providers that run this site for us: Lofty (our CRM, which also powers listing search, saved searches and alerts), Formspree (form delivery), our web host, TidyCal (if you book a call), and Google Fonts. When you search listings, the listing data comes from CRMLS via IDX. With your request, we may introduce you to a lender, escrow, inspector or other provider; we only share what's needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them, to correct it, to delete it, and to limit use of sensitive information, and may opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither). We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. To make a request, call or text 562-253-9034 or email through the contact section. We will verify your request using information you already gave us, and an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission. Some records must be kept under California real estate law even after a deletion request.

Do Not Track: browsers' "Do Not Track" signals are not consistently supported; this site does not track you across other websites. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing.

Cookies and embedded tools

The listing search, saved-search and account tools are provided by Lofty in an embedded frame and may set their own cookies under Lofty's privacy policy. The site itself uses no advertising cookies.

Retention and security

We keep information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it. We use reputable providers with encryption in transit, but no method is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Accessibility

We want this site to be usable by everyone and work toward WCAG 2.2 AA: keyboard navigation, visible focus, readable contrast, text alternatives and respect for reduced-motion settings. If anything is hard to use, call or text 562-253-9034 and Memo will get you the information another way.
