Estimates only, not a guarantee or an appraisal. Your actual costs depend on your contract, escrow and title.

Straight answers.
How accurate is this seller net sheet?
It's a planning estimate. Escrow and title fees vary by company and price, and your contract decides who pays what. For exact numbers, request a net sheet and Memo will use real quotes for your address.
Who pays the transfer tax in Los Angeles County?
It's negotiable, but in most local sales the seller pays the county tax of $1.10 per $1,000 and any city transfer tax. Rates come from the LA County Registrar-Recorder's published list.
Are real estate commissions negotiable?
Yes. Commissions are always negotiable and aren't set by law. Enter the total you agree to in the calculator.
