Listings (IDX)
Listing information is provided by CRMLS via Internet Data Exchange for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than to identify prospective properties consumers may be interested in purchasing. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Listings show their listing broker and agent; Memo may not be the listing agent.
Automated assistant
The chat on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. It can be wrong. Memo follows up personally on every request; rely on him and your own advisors for decisions.
Zoning & permits finder
Links go to official city, county and state government websites, which control their own content. Always confirm zoning, permit status and property uses directly with the agency.

Closing photos are shared with the clients' permission. Any property image digitally altered or virtually staged will be labeled, and the original is available on request (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §10140.8).
