Epique's money, explained line by line.
Here's what Epique charges, what it pays, and how the cap, RevShare and stock work, straight from the Independent Contractor Agreement updated 07/28/2026. Want it run against your own production? That's what my calculators are for.
Split, cap and fees
Commission split: 85% to you, 15% to Epique until you cap. Cap: drops $1,000 on each anniversary until it reaches a $10K floor. Ask me your starting cap.
Monthly tech fee: $149 ($99 for team members and Power Award agents). Transaction fee: 0.1% of the price, max $500, dropping to a $250 max after you've paid $5,000 in transaction fees. Commercial or business deals: $250 flat.
Personal transactions: 100% split, once a year after your first year. New agents get a 30-day tech fee refund. Commissions pay within 48 hours of funds clearing.
RevShare
Epique pays 10% of company revenue on every deal closed by agents in your organization, five levels deep, with no production or recruiting minimums to unlock a level. Power Award agents get 20% on Level 1.
It's paid by ACH on the 15th of each month, vests after 36 months (for you and the agent), requires good standing, and can pass to a named beneficiary.
Stock awards and buying stock
Free stock awards (whichever is less of the shares or dollar value shown): 50 shares or $500 when you join, on each anniversary and on your first home sold; 25 shares or $250 when you refer an agent; 100 shares or $1,000 when you hit your cap. Awards vest after 3 years.
You can also put up to 10% of your commission toward Epique stock at a 20% discount to the quarterly valuation.
Power Award and teams
Power Award: by invitation, for 24+ closings or $10M+ volume in your anniversary year. It brings up to 3,000 shares ($30K) tied to your cap, double stock awards, 20% RevShare on Level 1 and the $99 tech fee.
Teams: Traditional and Family team leaders have a $15K cap that declines; members cap at $10K. Power Teams (earned at $40M volume or 140 closings) have a $5K member cap and a $250 max transaction fee.
